Test Platform Employs DSP

-- Test & Measurement World, 3/10/2005 7:08:00 AM

Seica (Strambino, Italy) has announced the VIVA Integrated Platform that aims to support electronic testing from product introduction through manufacturing, to use in customer service centers.

The test platform uses DSP, virtual instrumentation, and proprietary software to optimize test program development time, fault coverage, and test time. DSP-based instrumentation performs high-precision testing of a wide range of components, and virtual instrumentation provides a large range of instrument functions without the attendant capital investment.

VIVA software organizes test program development into a simple 3-step, prepare-verify-test process, which guides you through a series of automated operations. A common software architecture eases migration between different test strategies from prototype, through production, to repair.
